Patrick Horn, Sous Chef

Patrick has been our grill man from day One, and enjoys the detailed work of building the stocks and sauces used each night. Born and raised in Birmingham, Patrick has baked bread, grilled and cooked in a handful of local spots. He graduated from Culinard in 2004 and prides himself in his hard work and consistency.  On his off days, you’ll find him at the shooting range or at home mixing up his home brewed beer.

Micah Gower, Sous Chef

Micah oversees pastry and bread production in addition to working the savory side of the kitchen.  He comes to us from West Virginia where he followed the usual path of dishwasher, to prep to cook to manager. He enjoys the challenge of creating desserts that appeal to the familiar while at the same time introducing new flavor combinations.  “Don’t worry though,” he says,” the beignets will be on the dessert menu forever.”
