General Manager Kevin Moore knows a thing or two about multi-tasking. With two four-year olds at home he often has one on a hip and one begging to go look at some trains, all while filling a cup with juice and changing the CD player to the latest Yo Gabba Gabba.   Sounds a little like a busy night at a restaurant, huh?  Before his continuing education as a husband and dad, Kevin studied business at Birmingham Southern and served as Assistant Purchasing Director for the Wynfrey Hotel’s fine dining restaurant, Winston’s.  For over 10 years he worked as a server at the legendary Highlands Bar and Grill where he was a favorite among the business leaders and local dignitaries who frequent there.  He left Highlands to open Satterfield’s six years ago and has enjoyed seeing Satterfield’s take its place in the Birmingham restaurant community.
